We delivered

A private cruise down the Thames for 500 people, allowing them to take in the world-famous London Skyline from the water. This really gave a sense of arrival and adventure, before delivering the VIPs to their exclusive dining experience for a spectacular dinner, entertainment, guests speakers and a charity auction.

Communicate Chanel’s Christmas 2020 theme and bring the spirit of Christmas to life across the global team and broader consumer base.

We delivered

A stunning and totally unique Christmas window installation on the front of Chanel’s iconic Bond Street store, bringing this important brand’s interpretation of Christmas to the streets of Mayfair. In tandem, we also delivered an interactive Christmas tree decorating workshop experience for the Chanel team across the globe that captured the magic of Christmas as well as communicating the brand’s internationally renowned identity and style.

White & Case LLP is a renowned international law firm based in New York City, with a major presence in London. For 2020, London had been chosen as the host city for the Global Partner Meeting and Crescendo’s job was to create and run a world class program that would showcase the very ‘Best of British’ to their international partners and families, and would take place over 5 days.

We delivered

The Park Plaza Westminster was taken exclusively for the week for all guests and crew. Working with the global team, Crescendo created a full series of over 100 events spanning the 5 days. This included dinners in London’s renowned venues, museums and historic locations, including Kensington Palace. Family and spouse programs gave the best and most exclusive experiences London has to offer; Tea at Fortnum & Mason; and tours of The Tower of London, the V&A and Paddington Museum to name a few.

The event culminated with the first ever, closed shop, invite only, exclusive event at Borough Market for 2000 guests. Following road closures, a transformed Borough Market emerged with stages, zones, music, street entertainment, specially created currency to spend. We successfully created a high level, money can’t buy, unforgettable experience for all.

I just want to take this time to thank you and your amazing team for a job well done! I am not sure how we could ever top this! The support, planning and execution that you all did with us was unthinkable and truly a great team effort! To end the event at Borough Market where all our dreams came true – was magical – it seriously was perfect

Transform their annual event to set a benchmark and raise the game in terms of visualising how Farrow & Ball’s ambitious business plans would evolve over the next two years.

We delivered

A transformative journey for delegates bringing the brand’s significant evolution to life. The conference began by focusing on the rich heritage of the Farrow & Ball brand showcasing their iconic colours in the plenary space in a suitably traditional setting. Over the course of two days, this continuously evolved with set changes, furniture updates and the interactive use of colours all pointing to the future of the brand, whilst still paying homage to its important heritage.

We are really pleased with the end result and that only happened with your team’s support, you made us raise our game!


Burger King


Crescendo were entrusted to create a momentous event that would inspire Burger King’s EMEA franchisee community and mark a significant new chapter in the long history of the Burger King brand.

We delivered

A totally immersive four-day sequence of events at London’s O2, for over 2000 of Burger King’s suppliers, partners and franchise community. Incorporating real time interpretation, plenary breakouts, restaurant visits across London as well as opportunities to network, including dinners and awards.

The event would not have been possible without our partners at Crescendo, who were amazing! We could not have been happier with how things went, it was a great event. All the production content was perfect, very professionally run, all our franchisees and suppliers had a great time.
